This seat is creative first. You are not a button-pusher waiting for instructions; you are the architect of the entire acquisition loop. Your core mission is to develop the concepts, angles, hooks, and words that make our market say yes, then run the media to read the account and turn that signal into the next round of winners. You own the cycle: you build it, you read it, you sharpen it, and you do it again.
The work centers on a niche B2B audience: agency owners. You will craft distinct personas for founders who are stuck under revenue ceilings, drowning in delivery, or bleeding clients without a system. Your job is to research the space, identify reasons nobody has spoken to yet, and translate those insights into high-converting VSLs, book-a-call pages, and ad scripts. While editors and designers bring your ideas to life, you provide the strategic spine.
Beyond creative strategy, you will manage all paid acquisition on Meta. Because you built the creative, you are uniquely positioned to diagnose performance at the concept level. You will determine if an underperforming ad is a hook problem, an offer issue, or a persona mismatch, rather than just tweaking bids. This same diagnostic expertise is what you will bring to our students during group coaching calls, where you will act as the expert in the room, helping them sharpen their own B2B acquisition strategies.
