This role is the engine behind our own paid acquisition and the blueprint we teach our students to replicate. You will not be managing clients or sitting in client calls; you will be the expert in the room, working directly with the founders and our production team to build the concepts that drive our growth.
This seat is creative first. The work centers on concepts, angles, hooks, and the words that make our market say yes. You own the entire loop: you build the creative, you read the account data, you sharpen the strategy, and you execute again. This is not a button-pusher role; we are looking for someone who generates ideas, calls the shots, and understands that the reason you run the media is to read the account and turn signals into the next round of winners.
Your primary focus is developing the creative strategy, copy, and funnel architecture for our B2B VSL-to-book-a-call model. You will script the VSLs, write the hooks, and design the funnel spine. This is a distinct craft from e-commerce UGC; you must hold a skeptical, sophisticated buyer through education before the offer ever appears. You will research the space to find the unique reasons agency owners need our help—whether they are stuck under a revenue ceiling, drowning in delivery, or bleeding clients—and translate those pains into angles that haven't been run yet.
You will also run all paid media on Meta, owning targeting, testing structures, and optimization decisions. Because you built the creative, you are the only one who can diagnose at the concept level. You will determine if a failing ad is a hook problem, an angle problem, or an offer problem, and you will teach our students to do the same. Additionally, you will lead group coaching calls, demonstrating what is working in our ads and helping students sharpen their own B2B acquisition strategies.
