About the Role
We are seeking Advanced Crane Service Technicians to join our team in the Pacific, WA area. This position is ideal for experienced technicians with strong mechanical and electrical skills who are ready to perform complex inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and installations on overhead cranes and hoists, including systems with advanced auxiliary components.
Our team hires and develops technicians across multiple experience levels, from Level 3 through Master level. Advancement within the organization is based on demonstrated skills, experience, performance, and certifications. While technicians at all levels perform field service, repairs, and inspections on overhead cranes, hoists, and related lifting equipment, this advanced-level role focuses on mastering complex systems and mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleRig and install new cranes and hoists in field service environments
- check_circleAssist in project estimating for scope, labor, and parts requirements
- check_circleTroubleshoot 480VAC 3-phase motor control systems and PLC programming
- check_circleCommunicate effectively with customers and maintain detailed service documentation
- check_circleMentor junior technicians and support their professional development
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or GED
- verifiedValid driver's license
- verifiedExperience in crane service or industrial maintenance
- verifiedAdvanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- verifiedAbility to read technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- verifiedMinimum 2 years of hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance experience (Level 4)
- verifiedAssociate's degree or equivalent vocational training (Preferred)
- verifiedTechnical training or certifications (Preferred)
