About the Role
As a Courtesy Clerk in our Grocery department, you are the first face customers see and the last they remember. This role exists to ensure every shopper feels welcomed, assisted, and valued from the moment they enter the store. You will be the bridge between our shelves and our customers, providing prompt, efficient, and friendly service that enhances the overall shopping experience.
Your day will be filled with dynamic interactions. You will greet customers with a smile, learn their names, and guide them to the products they need. Whether you are helping a customer load heavy items into their car, escorting them to a specific aisle, or simply answering a phone call with patience, your goal is to make their visit pleasant. You will also work closely with your team to maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring registers, restrooms, and the parking lot are ready for our guests.
