As a Customer Service Representative III at our corporate headquarters in Vancouver, WA, you will serve as the primary contact for a complex portfolio of orders, including International, Industrial, and other specialized accounts with multiple ship or freight requirements. Your mission is to manage the full lifecycle of these orders from entry through final delivery, ensuring a high level of satisfaction for both our internal partners and external vendors.
In this role, you will act as the central hub connecting Brokers, Regional Sales Managers, warehouse personnel, and supply chain teams. You will coordinate order confirmations, shipping schedules, and fulfillment timelines while verifying sales contracts, Incoterms, and product specifications. Success in this position requires building and maintaining strong business relationships through consistent, professional communication and a positive attitude, ensuring timely service for our global customers.
