The Warehouse and Materials Supervisor serves as the operational backbone for uninterrupted production at Mittera. This role is designed to ensure that raw materials, supplies, and finished goods are accurately tracked, properly stored, and readily available to meet demanding production schedules. By partnering cross-functionally with production, scheduling, purchasing, and accounting, the Supervisor maintains inventory accuracy and optimizes material flow to prevent disruptions.
In this position, you will lead a team of materials professionals, managing daily workflows, recruiting, and training new hires. Your day will involve overseeing inbound receiving operations, maintaining precise stock records through cycle counts and reconciliations, and driving continuous improvements to reduce waste and enhance efficiency. You will act as a bridge between the warehouse floor and leadership, communicating material status and ensuring safety compliance across the facility.
This role operates within both an office and a production environment. While significant time is spent managing data and coordinating with teams, the position also requires navigating the facility to support the materials team. You may occasionally be exposed to hazardous materials or work near moving mechanical parts on the production floor. The role demands a hands-on, floor-level management style capable of adapting to varying departmental staffing needs.
Candidates selected for this position will be expected to demonstrate a strong understanding of materials management principles, including cycle counting and FIFO, as well as proficiency with ERP or WMS platforms. The selection process focuses on identifying individuals with proven leadership abilities and a track record of implementing practical process improvements in manufacturing or print production settings.

All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
