About the Role

ExxonMobil Global Projects seeks a highly experienced Cost & Schedule Advisor to support the delivery of world-class capital projects. This senior role provides technical validation and assurance from early estimating through full project funding, ensuring cost and schedule estimates are robust, aligned, and risk-informed. You will evaluate project plans and schedules, identify risks and opportunities, and advise stakeholders to strengthen execution, capital efficiency, and decision-making. Ideal candidates bring deep experience on large, complex global projects and can quickly assess gaps, influence outcomes, and improve project assurance processes.

About the Location

ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions, and Low Carbon Solutions businesses. The facility, which opened in 2014, accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors. Located in Spring, Texas, on 385 wooded acres immediately to the west of Interstate Highway 45, the campus is approximately 25 miles from the cultural vibrancy of downtown Houston.
