Santander is a global leader and innovator in the financial services industry, evolving from a high-impact brand into a technology-driven organization. Our people are at the heart of this journey, driving a customer-centric transformation that values bold thinking, innovation, and the courage to challenge what's possible. This is more than a strategic shift; it's a chance for driven professionals to grow, learn, and make a real difference.
In this position, you will serve as the advisor, consultant, and first point of contact for Corporate and Investment Banking clients exploring methods to optimize their working capital through receivables solutions. Your focus will be on the structuring, pricing, and execution of trade receivable securitization transactions.
You will act as a key partner in developing Santander's CIB receivable monetization capabilities, growing business by cultivating new relationships and enhancing existing revenue streams. The role requires coordinating a complex web of internal stakeholders—including Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations—and external partners such as legal firms and brokers to ensure seamless end-to-end execution. From client onboarding and due diligence to negotiating legal documentation and presenting transactions to committees, you will ensure the Bank's operating practices and governance guidelines are followed while maintaining a best-in-class service.
We embrace a strong risk culture, and all professionals are expected to take a proactive and responsible approach toward risk management. As the first line of defense, you will manage financial, credit, legal, reputational, regulatory, and compliance risks. Your contribution matters and is recognized through a fair and competitive rewards package designed to support you, your family, and your well-being.
