About the Role

The Installation Coordinator is a dynamic position dedicated to providing essential coordination support for business execution within the installation division. This role serves as the vital link between Project Managers and field technicians, ensuring the efficient flow of information and resources for construction projects.

In this capacity, you will manage the daily rhythm of installation operations. Your day involves scheduling technicians, overseeing inventory and materials management, and coordinating fleet maintenance. You will play a key role in onboarding new technicians, tracking safety training progress, and ensuring all team members have the necessary personal protective equipment. Additionally, you will interface with technicians regarding general administrative needs, manage vehicle GPS compliance, and ensure job sites are supplied with the necessary materials in a timely and cost-effective manner. The role requires embodying the CoolSys CARES culture—Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, Empowerment, and Safety—while maintaining accurate records and updating standard operating procedures.
