About the Role
We are searching for a new member of the Meijer family to join us as a Food Clerk. In this role, you will play a vital part in keeping our store running smoothly while making a positive impact on the community we serve. You will be exposed to a variety of retail tasks related to product, customer service, and merchandising across our Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, and Grocery departments.
Your day will involve delivering remarkable customer service by providing exceptional product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. You will build rapport with customers, respond to their questions effectively, and maintain product displays according to merchandising standards. This position requires utilizing technology to complete tasks while adhering to safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality service and products for our customers.
