About the Role

This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. You will be the face of the store, engaging and interacting with all customers while embodying our customer experience principles and philosophy. Your role extends beyond the register; you will maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment while adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.

In this role, you will model established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers, supporting a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect. You will process transactions accurately, promote our credit and loyalty programs, and ensure merchandise is prepared and merchandised according to company standards. The position offers the flexibility to be cross-trained in multiple areas of the store to support the evolving needs of the business.
