About the Role
Join our friendly and caring team as a Cook/Sous Chef, where you will prepare nutritious, high-quality meals with a hospitality focus for our residents' enjoyment. Reporting to the Dining Services Director, this role is vital to the daily rhythm of our community. You will work within a fast-paced environment, ensuring that every meal is appetizing, compliant with nutritional requirements, and prepared according to standardized recipes. Beyond the kitchen, you will be a trusted face for our residents, responding graciously to their requests and resolving complaints with professionalism. This position is for someone who enjoys serving seniors and is ready to go beyond job descriptions to exceed expectations on behalf of our community.
