The Controls and Automation Engineer serves as a key partner to the Facilities Manager, Maintenance, Production, Quality, IT, and Process Engineering teams. This role exists to maintain and improve the functionality of mission-critical automation and control systems within our industrial environment. You will be responsible for migrating obsolete systems to robust modern architectures, optimizing process performance, and leading large-scale projects with minimal supervision. The position offers a blend of office-based planning and frequent engagement in the manufacturing floor to troubleshoot equipment and drive continuous improvement.
