This position serves as a key partner to leadership and project teams, delivering accurate reporting, guiding financial planning, and strengthening cost oversight across both commercial and luxury residential projects.
The ideal candidate brings deep accounting expertise and strong business judgment, capable of supporting both day-to-day financial activities and long-term company objectives. In this role, you will direct core accounting activities, manage the general ledger, and oversee payables, receivables, and payroll coordination. You will produce timely financial statements and management reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
Beyond technical execution, you will partner with project managers and company leaders to build budgets, monitor job costs, and improve financial performance. By evaluating financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, you will present actionable recommendations that support operational and strategic decisions. Additionally, you will lead month-end closing activities, maintain organized accounting records for audits, and supervise the accounting team by providing guidance and fostering professional growth.
