The Contract Management Office is seeking a Contract Manager Specialist to manage Community-Based Care Lead Agency contracts and social services agreements. This is a highly responsible position where you will serve as the primary liaison between the contract administration unit, program offices, and external providers.
In this role, you will oversee the administrative, fiscal, and programmatic terms of contracts, ensuring strict compliance with state and federal rules. Your day-to-day involves reviewing invoices, conducting budget analyses, and facilitating training for providers statewide. You will also engage in the full contract lifecycle, from assessing needs and procurement to negotiations, contract writing, and closeout. This position requires a blend of analytical rigor and interpersonal skill to identify performance shortcomings, recommend corrective actions, and maintain fiscal integrity across significant state expenditures.
