You will be a vital member of the Airport Stations Team within the Customer Experience Division. This role is designed to support the smooth daily operations of our stations, ensuring that both our employees and customers have the resources and environment they need to succeed. From coordinating complex meeting arrangements to managing critical safety records, your work directly contributes to the dynamic workforce that keeps the largest airline in the world running smoothly.

This position serves as the operational backbone for the station, handling a wide variety of office duties that range from administrative support to employee engagement. You will act as a liaison between management, staff, and external vendors, ensuring that everything from payroll processing and invoice administration to station event planning and security compliance is executed with precision.
Your day will involve troubleshooting office technology, managing employee files, and assisting with budget preparation. You will also play a key role in fostering a positive culture by coordinating recognition events, managing employee parking, and ensuring all onboarding duties are completed efficiently. Whether you are reconciling P-card spending or tracking incentive funds, your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining a high-functioning environment.
Candidates must be able to fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable. The selection process will evaluate your ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
