Direct Counsel is seeking a Construction Transactions & Litigation Associate to join a highly respected Am Law 100 firm. This role is available in Seattle, Portland, or Anchorage and offers the chance to work on sophisticated construction and design matters for a diverse client base across both transactional and litigation matters.
This position is ideal for an attorney who enjoys a mix of front-end construction contracting and back-end dispute resolution work. It provides a unique opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility within a collaborative and nationally recognized real estate and construction practice.
