The Corporate Counsel role serves as a key partner to executive leadership and regional teams, providing legal support across Catamount's operations. This position focuses on reducing enterprise risk, managing claims and compliance, standardizing legal practices, and providing practical guidance that enables leaders to focus on project acquisition, execution, and people development. The role emphasizes strong judgment, contract expertise, and the ability to navigate complex construction-related legal matters while building trusted relationships across the organization.
