We are a well-established, mid-sized law firm based in San Diego, California, known for our robust litigation and trial work. Our practice areas include complex civil matters, Employment & Labor Law (advising employers and defending claims), Business Litigation, Public Entity Defense, Insurance Defense, Construction Litigation, and Appellate Law.
This position offers a unique opportunity to manage trust and estate administration and litigation matters from initial intake through trial. You will be responsible for drafting court petitions, motions, and discovery documents, as well as preparing case evaluations and developing comprehensive litigation strategies. The role involves active courtroom participation, including arguing motions, attending mediations, negotiating settlements, and assisting with trials. You will also advise clients directly, take and defend depositions, and collaborate with the team on complex legal challenges.
