We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Landlord-Tenant Paralegal to join our legal team. This role exists to support our attorneys in navigating the complexities of landlord-tenant law, including residential and commercial lease disputes, eviction proceedings, rent regulatory matters, and administrative agency filings.
In this position, you will be an integral part of the litigation process, working closely with attorneys to draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. You will manage case files from inception to resolution, ensuring compliance with court schedules and maintaining accurate records. The role requires strong communication skills to interact with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel, as well as the ability to stay current on changes in landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
