Founded by and for people with lived experience in the criminal justice system, corrections, and poverty, we understand the unique needs of the justice-impacted population. The Transition Home Manager is the cornerstone of our Nashville, TN residential program, serving as the primary upholder of house policies and a patient guide for each participant. This live-in position is designed to affect life change in the residents' lives by providing on-site supervision and support throughout the day. The Manager helps maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment, resolving conflicts, orienting new residents, and ensuring the seamless 24/7 operation of the home.
In this role, you will model healthy communication and sound decision-making while coordinating daily household activities such as chores, menu planning, and cooking. You will serve as a key staff member, participating in weekly meetings, training opportunities, and cross-training initiatives. The position requires a self-starter who can document daily activities, identify patterns or issues, and provide crisis intervention and conflict resolution when needed.
