As a Construction Services Manager (CSM) at ENGEO, you will lead field operations by coordinating staffing, supporting project execution, and serving as a key point of contact between clients, field teams, and technical staff. This role is critical for ensuring projects are properly staffed, responsive to client needs, and executed efficiently in the field.
You will serve as the primary liaison between clients, field representatives, and technical staff, collaborating with engineers and other CSMs to allocate resources and share best practices. Your day-to-day involves providing responsive, high-quality service to clients on active job sites and supporting QA/QC field observations for horizontal and vertical construction in accordance with plans, codes, and Special Inspection requirements.
You will have the opportunity to work on notable projects including the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art, multiple technology campuses for Google, YouTube, and Meta, the Oceanwide Center, the Metro Purple Line Extension, and various infrastructure projects in New Zealand.

Nuclear Gauge certification (10+ years preferred), ACI Concrete Field Grade I (5+ years preferred), ICC Reinforced Concrete (RC) and Post-Tensioned (PT) certifications (3+ years preferred), current valid certifications as a City of Los Angeles and Los Angeles County Deputy Inspector, experience working in fast-paced, field-driven environments, strong client service mindset, team collaboration skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
