About the Role
As a Construction Scheduler at Ross Group, you will serve as the strategic backbone for our project planning and execution. Your primary mission is to develop, implement, and maintain robust scheduling processes and software systems that align with our contract obligations and customer expectations. You will act as a technical advisor, ensuring that every project from the bidding phase through to completion is tracked with precision, cost, and resource accuracy.
In this position, you will bridge the gap between Estimating, Operations, and Marketing. You will create the foundational schedule templates that guide project teams, review proposals for compliance, and manage the control of in-progress schedules. Beyond the technical execution, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying training needs, mentoring team members, and staying current with advancements in scheduling software. Your work ensures that the project team has the right tools and knowledge to deliver on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
