We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial projects from pre-construction through completion. This direct-hire position is designed for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing all phases of construction including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
In this role, you will serve as the central point of coordination, working closely with Superintendents to schedule labor, equipment, and material deliveries. You will lead project teams, providing guidance and oversight to Assistant Project Managers and other personnel, while fostering positive working relationships with owners, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants. Your day-to-day involves reviewing project specifications and drawings to define scope and timelines, developing robust project schedules, and leading pre-construction activities such as constructability reviews, value engineering, and pricing evaluations.
Safety and compliance are paramount. You will partner with Health, Safety, and Environmental personnel to maintain safe working conditions and ensure all projects adhere to safety, EEO, insurance, and labor requirements.
