About the Role

This position is designed for a professional who thrives in a high-production environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will serve as the bridge between our construction operations and our customers, ensuring that every home is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

In this role, you will oversee the scheduling and supervision of daily trade partner activities, managing the entire construction process from start to finish. Your day will involve evaluating project schedules, reviewing construction drawings for conflicts, and taking decisive action to resolve issues before they impact the timeline. You will interact directly with community sales personnel and customers, keeping them informed of progress and negotiating solutions to address concerns. Beyond the technical aspects of construction, you will foster a safe working environment by conducting daily inspections and ensuring strict adherence to all safety protocols and building codes.
