Key Responsibilities
- check_circleCreate pre-build shop drawings and execute project layout
- check_circleManage construction activities including cold and hot weather concreting
- check_circleExecute change orders and manage project profitability
- check_circleManage job start timelines and project scheduling
- check_circleAllocate equipment and operators to construction sites
- check_circleImplement safety programs including fall protection and accident procedures
- check_circleOversee material management and subcontractor coordination
- check_circleConduct daily huddles and pre-con meetings with teams
- check_circleOversee accounts payable, job costing, and labor returns
- check_circleApprove time clocks and ensure customer service standards
Requirements
