About the Role
We are seeking a Carpenter II Lead to drive structural concrete construction efforts in compliance with local building codes and general construction principles. This role is designed for a skilled professional who can work autonomously under minimal direction while leading small crews in the safe execution of complex concrete work.
In this position, you will bridge the gap between planning and execution. You will study blueprints and sketches to determine material requirements, set up trailers and tool stations, and hand-set forms for walls, footings, and structural decks. As a lead, you will assist the foreman in shooting grades and elevations, track production rates, and proactively identify material and safety needs to support project planning. Success in this role requires the ability to visualize solid objects from drawings, work with precision, and build strong relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and organizational levels.
