About the Role

This position is designed for a leader who wants to manage and direct all aspects of construction for assigned communities in Central and North New Jersey. You will serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer experience challenges, coaching and mentoring Construction Managers and Senior Construction Managers to drive continuous improvement.

In this role, you will ensure that all Pulte policy and process expectations are fully adhered to, while developing and validating community budgets. You will review architectural designs and construction drawings to ensure compliance with local, state, and national building codes, life safety codes, and zoning regulations. Your day will involve managing quality control processes, overseeing job site safety and cleanliness, and resolving escalated issues related to daily construction activities, such as trade partner contracts and work orders.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Resource Planning, Sales, and Product Development to achieve primary responsibilities, ensuring all homes within assigned communities are completed in adherence to the construction schedule and specifications. This role requires onsite attendance 5 days per week at assigned communities.
