About the Team
You will join the Lease Delivery Execution Operational Planning (EOP) team, supporting AMERS Data Center Construction programs and cross-functional execution teams. This role is part of a leading technology infrastructure organization dedicated to managing large-scale construction initiatives across the AMERS regions.
About the Role
As a Construction Contracts Manager 4, you will support the Lease Construction and Fitout Program within Data Center Lease Delivery. Your focus will be on defining program and initiative scope, goals, deliverables, and execution plans in collaboration with stakeholders. You will lead meetings with leadership teams and subject matter experts, communicating progress updates while identifying and managing program risks, dependencies, and issues.
This position offers a collaborative hybrid work environment where you will have hands-on involvement in strategic operational planning and high-impact initiatives. You will gain exposure to large-scale Data Center Construction programs and work with cross-functional leadership.
