About the Role
As a Concrete Pump Operator, you will be the face of CMP on job sites, expected to operate with the highest integrity while prioritizing the company's core values. This role requires you to be punctual and presentable, serving as a professional representative when interacting with customers daily.
You will adapt to dynamic field situations, demonstrating flexibility in your work with both customers and fellow operators. Your day-to-day involves operating concrete pump trucks safely, monitoring concrete movement to pour locations, and evaluating site conditions to set up equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Beyond operation, you will be responsible for resolving pouring issues, performing daily pre-operational inspections, conducting minor repairs, and ensuring the unit remains clean and well-maintained. Success in this role means submitting accurate job tickets and forms while maintaining a positive, reasonable relationship with contractors and clients.
