About the Role

We are seeking a polished and professional Concierge to join our team at a premium residential community in the Washington, DC area. This role is designed for an individual with a strong hospitality and concierge background who thrives in a guest-facing environment. The ideal candidate will provide white-glove service, representing the luxury property with confidence and courtesy while maintaining strong professional relationships with residents and guests.

Day in the Life

As the face of the community, you will maintain a visible, engaged presence in the lobby, offering a warm greeting to all who enter. Your day involves coordinating resident requests, managing package delivery flows, and assisting with vendor check-ins. You will serve as a key point of contact for directions and property information while monitoring lobby activity to ensure safety and security. Success in this role requires the ability to remain calm under pressure, solve problems efficiently, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the front entrance area.
