About the Role
As a Complex Claims Advisor, you will join a global industry leader where you can bring your big ideas to help solve problems for some of the world's best brands. This role exists to develop targeted solutions and provide added technical guidance and oversight to ensure complex matters are resolved optimally. In this position, you will act as an organizational subject matter expert for your line of business and key jurisdictions. You will proactively manage a complex claim inventory, utilizing jurisdictional expertise to direct handling toward the best possible resolution. Your work will involve articulating clear file notes for stakeholders, facilitating roundtables, and maintaining co-ownership of complex claim issues to foster a culture of continual quality improvement.
