In this position, you will act as the organizational subject matter expert for your line of business and key jurisdictions. You will proactively manage a complex claim inventory, utilizing jurisdictional expertise to provide oversight and direct handling to achieve the best possible resolution. Your work will involve evaluating exposure, recommending action plans, and facilitating roundtables with internal and external resources. You will leverage Sedgwick's broad, global network of experts to both learn from and share your insights, creating a culture of continual quality improvement that elevates overall claim handling for our stakeholders.

Sedgwick offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with matching on day one, PTO, disability and life insurance, employee assistance, and flexible spending or health savings accounts. For this specific jurisdiction, the starting pay range is $80,000 - $105,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location.
