We are looking for driven individuals to join our team as a Complex Claims Advisor for General Liability and Auto Claims. This role exists to develop targeted solutions and provide technical guidance to ensure matters are resolved optimally, creating a culture of continual quality improvement that elevates overall claim handling for our stakeholders.
In this position, you will embody our "Caring Counts" model and core values: empathy, accountability, collaboration, growth, and inclusion. You will act as an organizational subject matter expert, leveraging Sedgwick's broad, global network of experts to both learn from and share your insights. You will proactively manage a complex claim inventory, utilizing jurisdictional expertise to direct handling and achieve the best possible resolution for clients representing virtually every industry.
