This role is designed for driven individuals who embody our "Caring Counts" model and core values of empathy, accountability, collaboration, growth, and inclusion. As a Complex Claims Advisor, you will bring your big ideas to help solve problems for some of the world's best brands, delivering innovative customer-facing solutions to clients representing virtually every industry.
You will serve as the organizational subject matter expert for your line of business and key jurisdictions. Your day-to-day involves proactively managing a complex claim inventory, utilizing jurisdictional expertise to provide oversight, and directing handling to achieve the best possible resolution. You will leverage Sedgwick's broad, global network of experts to both learn from and share your insights, while facilitating roundtables and engaging internal and external resources as needed.
