We are seeking an experienced Claims Advocate to join our Property & Casualty team in Birmingham, Alabama, where we specialize in insuring clients in the Construction industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a career-minded individual who desires to make a meaningful contribution to our organization and, most importantly, to our clients.
The Claims Advocate serves as a vital liaison between the client and the insurer regarding all claims matters. You will take a proactive approach to advocate on behalf of our clients, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maximize coverage and provide practical advice on claim resolution. Your primary objective is to affect the outcome of claims in a positive manner and reduce the cost of risk through continuous management. By ensuring that our clients' interests are protected by the policies of insurance placed by EPIC, you will help achieve the best possible claims outcomes.
