About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Insurance Administrator to join our dynamic team and support vendor insurance compliance and risk management activities. This role is designed for individuals eager to start their careers in insurance administration and make a tangible impact across multiple companies. You will partner with vendors, brokers, and internal teams to ensure all insurance documentation meets company and contract standards. Your day-to-day work will involve reviewing Certificates of Insurance (COIs), monitoring policy expiration dates, and verifying essential coverages such as General Liability, Auto Liability, and Workers' Compensation. This position offers comprehensive training in insurance requirements and internal systems, empowering you to take initiative and grow your proficiency in a supportive environment dedicated to safety, integrity, and compliance.
