This role is designed for driven individuals who embody our core values of empathy, accountability, collaboration, growth, and inclusion. As a Complex Claims Advisor, you will bring your big ideas to help solve problems for some of the world's best brands, delivering innovative customer-facing solutions to clients representing virtually every industry.
You will proactively and strategically manage a complex claim inventory, utilizing jurisdictional expertise to provide oversight and direct handling to achieve the best possible resolution. Acting as an organizational subject matter expert, you will evaluate exposure, recommend action plans, and facilitate roundtables with internal and external resources. Your work will create a culture of continual quality improvement, elevating the overall claim handling to benefit our stakeholders.
