As a Compensation Manager, you will serve as a senior individual contributor and subject matter expert, ensuring our pay practices remain competitive, equitable, and compliant. You will be the guardian of our Job Evaluation and Job Description governance, driving consistency in job leveling and documentation aligned with our job architecture framework.
Your day-to-day involves leading complex compensation projects, from structure redesigns to incentive modeling, while partnering with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to influence strategic decisions. You will analyze market data to shape salary structures and merit budgets, ensuring our total rewards programs attract and retain top talent. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on data-driven insights and enjoys translating complex compensation strategies into clear, actionable guidance for leaders across the organization.
This is a 12-month contract position with the potential for conversion to a full-time role. We are looking for candidates who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will be expected to work hybrid, spending three days on-site from Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
