We are currently searching for a Compensation Analyst to join our team. This position will support the mission of the University and the Human Resources department by assisting with the development and administration of the University's compensation program so that it continues to attract, retain, and motivate employees. The role analyzes internal and external data to ensure internally equitable and market-competitive pay practices, providing recommendations that align with organizational goals and compliance standards. You will collaborate with Human Resources Business Partners and unit leadership teams to evaluate job roles and support compensation-related decision-making.
