Our Territory Representatives are the face of our Animal Health division, interacting face-to-face with customers to understand their unique needs and consult on the right solutions. Working collaboratively within field sales teams, you play a critical role in supporting our customer-centric business model. This position is responsible for covering the Northern Michigan and Upper Peninsula territory, identifying needs at veterinary clinics, shelter facilities, and corporate accounts, and selling our Companion Animal product portfolio.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, meeting with key decision-makers to understand practice structures and business models. Your mission is to ensure our division is viewed as bringing value and technical innovations aligned with our strategic focus: "The Science of Healthier Animals." You will develop customer strategies and territory plans, partnering with National Account Managers and Distribution Field Partners to drive sales growth and occupancy.
We strongly prefer that sales employees reside within the territory they cover, though we allow living up to 20 miles from the territory border. This role requires 50% travel and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
We are committed to inclusion, believing that the fastest way to breakthrough innovation is when people with diverse ideas, experiences, and backgrounds come together in an inclusive environment. We encourage colleagues to respectfully challenge one another's thinking and approach problems collectively.
Our Enterprise Leadership Skills are designed to shape our future, unlock potential, and deliver impact. We operate with a "Win As One Team" mentality, focusing on what matters, acting with urgency, and remaining open to experimentation and adaptation. We value ownership, accountability, and the ability to influence and inspire others.
