The Hospital / Institutional Customer Representative is a key member of the Hospital Customer Team, playing a critical role in supporting our company's customer-centric business model. We are dedicated to demonstrating value and achieving better health outcomes for healthcare professionals and their patients. Our team works collaboratively to understand and identify the unique needs of Health Care Providers (HCPs), ensuring that our solutions align with the evolving landscape of the healthcare industry.
In this position, you will partner with the Hospital Customer Team to drive pull-through activities relative to the customer strategy. Your primary mission is to communicate about our products in a way that is meaningful and relevant to each individual customer, customizing discussions based on a deep understanding of their specific needs. You will act as a primary point of contact for select customer accounts, engaging in informed discussions to understand practice structures, business models, and key influencers.
You will coordinate with the customer team to develop strategies for interactions, relationships, and potential offerings, while partnering with National Account Executives to maintain a strong focus on Managed Care pull-through. Beyond acquisition, you will demonstrate a focus on better health outcomes by considering the HCP and patient experience. This role requires you to share learning and best practices across the team, identify and select programs from our company's resource library, and collaborate with the solutions group and Medical Account Executives to deliver relevant offerings.
The territory covers Seattle, WA, and the selected representative must reside within this area. While the role is primarily field-based, overnight travel may be required, with travel percentages varying based on your specific location within the geography.

Effective September 5, 2023, our U.S. hybrid work model consists of three total days on-site per week (Monday–Thursday) for office-based positions, with Friday designated as a remote-working day.
