About the Role
As a Companion, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' health and happiness by delivering compassionate and reliable care. This position is designed for those who enjoy building connections and want to make a difference close to home. You will spend your shifts providing emotional support and companionship to identified members, engaging them in social interaction, activities, or movement such as games, puzzles, arts and crafts, reading aloud, or watching movies together. Your presence will be a source of comfort and engagement, while you remain attentive to the member's needs and alert nurses when clinical intervention is required.
