About the Role
As the Nurse Manager for our Medical Telemetry unit, you will serve as a vital leader overseeing daily operations, staffing, and patient flow. This role exists to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality cardiac and progressive care while driving performance improvement initiatives. You will act as a mentor and evaluator for nursing staff, supporting their professional development and modeling a culture of compassion. Working closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, you will help shape care plans and clinical standards, ensuring the unit runs smoothly and effectively.
