Point Quest Group is an education-focused organization dedicated to empowering students with diverse needs. Within our Healthcare & Medical Services department, we foster a supportive and inclusive culture that values innovation and continuous improvement. Our mission is to ensure every student can achieve their full potential through collaborative, multidisciplinary care.
As an Occupational Therapist, you will be the driving force behind individualized treatment plans designed to promote independence, functional skills, and academic participation. This role exists to bridge the gap between medical needs and educational goals, ensuring students thrive in clinic, school, and community settings. You will work closely with educators, families, and healthcare teams to coordinate care, support IEP goals, and provide consultative support that makes a meaningful impact every day.
Your work will involve conducting comprehensive evaluations for pediatric and adolescent populations and implementing evidence-based practices to improve functional independence. Beyond direct therapy, you will educate caregivers on home programs to support skill generalization and actively participate in multidisciplinary meetings, IEPs, and case conferences. You will also maintain accurate records and prepare required reports in a timely manner, ensuring seamless communication across all stakeholders.
We offer a robust professional development environment where you can grow your career while making a tangible difference in students' lives. Our team is committed to a culture of inclusivity and continuous improvement, providing the resources and support you need to succeed.
Interested candidates are invited to apply to join our mission-driven team. We look for professionals who are passionate about pediatric care and dedicated to fostering student success.
