We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team, where you will assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans designed to promote independence, functional skills, and academic participation for students with diverse needs. This role is vital for bridging the gap between clinical therapy and educational success.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals, document progress, and provide essential consultative support. Your day will involve conducting comprehensive evaluations for diverse pediatric and adolescent populations and delivering direct therapy using evidence-based practices across clinic, school, and community settings. You will also play a key role in educating caregivers on home programs and strategies to support skill generalization, ensuring that therapeutic gains extend beyond the therapy room.
