Eyas Landing - Avondale is a multidisciplinary clinic in Chicago, IL, dedicated to providing a unique, integrated educational and therapeutic environment for children ages 6-14. Our mission centers on empowering children with neurodiverse needs—including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, and sensory processing disorders—through a relationship-based, family-centered approach.
As a Physical Therapist (PT) Department Lead, you will bridge clinical excellence with team leadership within our Merlin Day Academy. This role exists to foster each child's mobility, gross motor development, and functional independence through evidence-based, play-focused pediatric therapy. You will not only provide individualized and group therapy but also oversee a team of Physical Therapists, ensuring consistency in care delivery and professional growth through mentorship and clinical guidance.
We offer a supportive, team-oriented culture that prioritizes innovation and collaboration. You will work alongside occupational therapists, speech therapists, and social workers in an environment designed to help children thrive. Our clinic is committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based interventions while allowing you to focus on what you love: helping children and families.
