Respiratory Care QA Specialist

In this role, you will serve as a vital link between clinical excellence and operational integrity within the Respiratory Care department. You will manage informational, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and clinical performance functions while ensuring staff adherence to policies and procedures. A unique aspect of this position is the opportunity to remain clinically active; you will spend 40% of your time in direct patient care while serving as the Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Team facilitator.

You will be responsible for developing and executing the CQI plan and measures for Respiratory Care, measuring compliance with The Joint Commission (TJC) standards, and reporting on key metrics.
