About the Role
We are seeking a New Grad RN to join our team and provide direct, high-quality care to diverse patient populations. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care while collaborating closely with physicians, therapists, and other team members. Your day will involve managing patient assessments, administering medications, performing treatments, and educating patients and families on diagnoses and discharge plans. You will also be responsible for accurate clinical documentation in the EMR and adhering to strict safety and infection prevention standards.
New graduates are supported through a structured onboarding experience, including a comprehensive residency program, preceptorship, and mentorship. This role offers the opportunity to participate in ongoing competency training and contribute to unit quality improvement and patient experience initiatives.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for an interview will be invited to participate in our nurse residency program, which includes orientation and ongoing competency training. Successful applicants will be expected to complete background checks and obtain necessary certifications, including BLS (required) and ACLS (preferred or obtained within a specified timeframe).
