Join a premier NYC real estate leader as a Community Manager for a large-scale residential asset. This is not merely a maintenance oversight role; it is a comprehensive leadership seat responsible for the full operational and financial health of a 500+ unit property. You will serve as the primary liaison between property owners, asset managers, and a sophisticated resident base.
We are seeking a "high-velocity" manager capable of navigating the complexities of NYC rent regulations (LIHTC) while maintaining the white-glove standards of a luxury community. The role demands a strategic leader who can maximize occupancy and property value through disciplined revenue management, oversee critical capital projects, and act as the definitive lead during building emergencies.
Your focus will be on driving operational excellence and asset value. You will partner with leadership on short- and long-range operating budgets, preparing monthly variance reports to drive profitability. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to managing the full RFP and bidding process for service contracts, ensuring vendors meet high-performance standards.
On the ground, you will direct and mentor a diverse on-site team, setting clear KPIs and fostering a culture of accountability. As the primary point of contact for resident concerns, you will utilize diplomacy and empathy to enhance the overall living environment, ensuring the property remains 100% compliant with all municipal codes and industry standards.
